Howard Johnston practises in Brookfields' property group. He has a broad background in all aspects of property transactions, acting for small/medium sized businesses, charitable trusts, local government and private clients. Howard specialises in one off projects, problem solving and negotiating contracts. He also heads our trusts and estates group.
Howard is a member of the firm's infrastructure team, providing advice on all aspects of property law, including Public Works Act issues.
Over the last six years Howard has undertaken the role of Chairman of Brookfields' board.
