Melinda Dickey practises in the area of resource management and environmental law. She acts mainly for local authorities, but also acts for commercial and private clients involved in developments necessitating resource consents. She also gives advice on other matters relating to local government regulatory responsibilities and policy.
Certified as an independent Commissioner, Melinda holds a current certificate in "Making Good Decisions" issued by the Ministry for the Environment and Local Government New Zealand. This qualifies her to participate in Council hearings.
Melinda is in the firm's infrastructure team, providing advice on public and administrative law, local government law and environmental law issues. |
