Brendan joined Brookfields as a partner in June 2002. Prior to that he was
a partner for 11 years in another commercial law firm in Auckland. He was admitted
to the bar in 1984. He holds a degree in accounting in addition to his legal
qualifications. Brendan practices as a corporate/commercial lawyer with a special
interest in banking and finance matters. His clients include banks and finance
companies, corporate borrowers and a range of other commercial and corporate
clients including individual business people. He has extensive experience
in the areas of banking and finance, debt restructuring, and company and
commercial law.
Brendan is on Brookfields' infrastructure team, providing advice on banking and finance law issues and general commercial law. |
