Experience: |
David Neutze specialises in the area of commercial litigation and dispute resolution. He acts primarily for medium to large businesses, construction and engineering clients, city and district councils and universities. David has advised on a wide range of commercial, construction, insurance, banking and finance, insolvency and administrative law disputes. He has appeared in the High Court and Court of Appeal in major commercial litigation. David heads Brookfields' employment team. He is a LEADR accredited mediator and is an expert in alternative dispute resolution techniques. Before joining Brookfields, David worked in Hong Kong. He was involved with international commercial and construction litigation, including the largest construction arbitration to have taken place in Hong Kong. David is also admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong and England. As a former Crown Prosecutor in Auckland before he moved overseas, David gained considerable criminal, taxation, and administrative law experience, acting for government departments, including the Police, on a number of jury trials. |
