Experience: |
Erin is a specialist in employment law and practises in Brookfields’ commercial litigation group. She has extensive experience in all aspects of employment law and has represented and advised major entities, including corporate and public sector employers both in New Zealand and New South Wales. This trans-Tasman experience has given her an excellent understanding of the industrial relations environment in both countries. Erin is a LEADR accredited mediator and is thoroughly conversant with alternative dispute resolution techniques. Recognised as an expert in her field, Erin is often approached by the media for comment on topical employment issues and has been quoted in a number of national business newspapers. She regularly presents at conferences and seminars on employment and related matters such as health and safety, leave entitlements, privacy and human rights. |
