Janice has 22 years of experience specialising in family and relationship law. She has presented papers and seminars on aspects of the Domestic Violence Act and relationship property law. Janice is often appointed by the Court to represent children in court cases. She works closely with community based organisations in the family law area.
Janice leads the family law team at our Manukau office. The team won the Action Step Family Law Award at the New Zealand Law Awards 2010, and was a finalist in 2009 and the winner in 2008. |
