Janice has 22 years of experience specialising in family and relationship law. She has presented papers and seminars on aspects of the Domestic Violence Act and relationship property law. Janice is often appointed by the Court to represent children in court cases. She works closely with community based organisations in the family law area.
Janice heads a team of five lawyers and one legal executive at our Manukau office. Brookfields' family law team won the Guardian Trust Family Law Award at the 2008 New Zealand Law Awards. |
