Education: PGDL, BA (Joint Hons.)

Jayne specialises in a wide range of commercial and property transactions. She has particular experience in the sale and purchase of commercial property, development funding, business sales and purchases, unit title development and management and complex subdivisions. She also advises on procurement processes, leasing and construction contracts.

Jayne advises commercial entities, private individuals, and a number of the firm's local authority and public clients.
