Experience

Sarah has over 10 years of legal experience addressing clients' needs in a wide range of banking, finance, property and commercial transactions.  Sarah’s experience includes acting for registered banks, finance companies and a lending syndicate for the funding of residential, commercial and development properties.  Sarah has successfully completed a number of mortgagee sales, as well as assisting private entities in purchasing and leasing commercial and retail land, sale and purchase of businesses, conducting due diligence investigations and preparing company constitutions and shareholders agreements.
